Measuring probes Calibron are special devices that look like small calibration plates made of metal of various thicknesses. They are fastened at one point with a hinge lock, so that, if necessary, they can be replaced or additional ones can be purchased. Each plate has its size signed on it. The device is used to accurately determine and measure distances (gaps) between straight and curved planes by contact method.

About Kalibron

Calibron (Moscow) was created with the aim of implementing measuring instruments for industrial purposes with the Chinese-made Calibron trademark. The name of the Calibron trademark does not come at all from the sharply reduced production of the Moscow tool company with a consonant name, but from the first micrometer, which was invented and manufactured by Carl Mahr in 1868, and called "caliber".
